(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into a shooting that spanned three blocks in Northeast Portland.  Police responded to the area of Northeast 78th Avenue and Halsey Street early yesterday morning on reports of gunfire.  Arriving officers say they discovered bullet casings along Halsey from 76th to 79th Avenues.  Police believe the gunfire may have been gang-related.
