(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into an alleged identity theft operation being run out of Forest Grove.  Police arrested 27-year-old Garrett Pruitt-Rexroad on Sunday at McMenamins Grand Lodge Hotel.  Police made the arrest after receiving a tip about a suspicious van, which officers traced back to Pruitt-Rexroad.  Police say a search of the van and the hotel room uncovered evidence of the manufacturing of fake credit cards.
