(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to a string of burglaries across the Portland area.  Police arrested 35-year-old Jeffrey Lafraniere on Sunday at a home on Southwest St. Clair Avenue.  He's accused of burglarizing eight apartments and condos over the past couple of months.  He's facing charges of theft, mail theft, attempted burglary and burglary.
