(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing multiple charges including DUII following a police chase and standoff that shut down I-5 in Wilsonville.  Police say the pursuit started in Salem after officers received reports of a reckless driver who was speeding and using the shoulder to pass other cars.  The pursuit ended in Woodburn after police failed to catch him and then picked back up in Portland when police there spotted him.  Police finally got him to stop in Wilsonville and arrested him following a 45-minute standoff there.
