(Portland, OR)  --  A man is seriously injured and his dog is dead following an auto-pedestrian crash in the Milwaukie area.  Police say the man was walking his dog at 99 East and Southeast Hull last night when they were struck.  The man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
