Portland Police: 'No Crime Could Be Proven' Against Mark Cuban

(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are releasing more information on why they didn't pursue sexual abuse charges against Mavs owner Mark Cuban.  A woman told Portland Police in April of 2011 that Cuban groped her under her clothes when they posed for a picture in a bar.  Portland police say there was no way to prove a crime happened and that they believe the allegations to be unfounded.   Cuban denied the accusation and passed a polygraph test.
