(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to the discovery of a woman's body inside a hotel in Salem.  Police arrested 25-year-old Cody Roy Hilliard on I-5 near Eugene.  Police found the woman's body Tuesday night while performing a welfare check at the Days Inn Black Bear Inn on Motor Court Northeast.  Police are waiting to release her name until they've notified her family.
