(Portland, OR)  --  A Tigard Police officer is facing a DUII charge.  Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ron Wommack earlier this week.  Wommack is an 18-year veteran of the Tigard Police Department.  Tigard Police Chief Kathy McAlpine says an internal investigation is underway.
