(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is under way after a Portland woman received a threatening and vulgar letter.  Police say the letter makes several mentions of rape and torture.  The letter appears to have been photocopied, but police say the address on the envelope is handwritten.  The woman tells KATU she's seen reports on social media that others in the area have received similar letters.
