(Portland, OR)  --  A 30-year-old hiker is hospitalized in Portland after falling nearly 30 feet near Carson Hot Springs Resort in Washington state.  Coast Guard officials say the woman became injured while falling down an embankment along Wind River.  Coast Guard crews airlifted her to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center.
