(Palo Alto, CA)  --  Tesla is raising the cost of its Supercharging stations around 20 to 40 percent based on location.  In Oregon, the cost is doubled to 24 cents per kilowatt hour.  In California, the cost jumps from 20 cents per kilowatt hour to 26 cents.  Model S and Model X owners still get an annual credit of 400 kilowatt hours.
