(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested three boys in connection to a carjacking.  Police say the boys stole a Subaru Forester from a man out driving near Southeast 117th Avenue and Alder Street last Thursday.  Police later found the stolen Subaru and say they saw three boys getting into it.  Police chased after them until they crashed on 102nd Avenue.  The boys then allegedly fled on foot, but police set up a perimeter and tracked them down with the use of a K-9 unit.
