(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man shot and killed by police in Hillsboro.  Police say 20-year-old Daniel Stacey Reynolds was killed Saturday in an encounter with police at a home on Southeast 54th Avenue.  Police were responding to reports of a domestic disturbance at the home when Reynolds allegedly fired two shots from a shotgun, prompting police to return fire.  An investigation is ongoing.
