(Portland, OR)  --  Police will be out in force this weekend to catch drunk drivers for St. Patrick's Day.  The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says it'll be running enhanced DUII patrols throughout the holiday weekend.  Police are reminding revelers to always designate a sober driver, use public transportation or plan to use a taxi or ride-sharing service if you're drinking.
