(Portland, OR)  --  Police have arrested two suspects and are searching for a third for allegedly stealing diesel fuel from a car dealership.  Police arrested Luke Phlaum and Kenneth Tachell yesterday morning.  The two allegedly broke into Wilson Ford on Northwest 5th Street with a third suspect and stole fuel.  The third suspect fled the scene as police arrived.
