(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported following a small plane crash in the Columbia River.  Police say 67-year-old Douglas P. Pflugradt was trying to land atop a sandbar at Wallace Island yesterday when he crashed.  The Coast Guard airlifted him to safety after the crash.
