(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking into a shooting that injured a man at an East Burnside apartment complex.  Police responded to the Morgan Place Apartments last night on reports of gunfire.  Police say one person was shot during an argument and was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle.  No arrests have been made.
