(Portland, OR)  --  A pair of police officers are escaping charges for a shooting that injured a suspect in the Goose Hollow neighborhood.  A grand jury yesterday found that Portland Police Bureau officers Darrell Shaw and Joseph Webber were justified in shooting 26-year-old Sarah Michelle Brown.  The jury also indicted Brown on several charges relating to the incidents on the night of the shooting.  Officers Shaw and Webber were responding to a burglary call at a home on Southwest King Avenue March 8th when gunfire was exchanged.
