(Portland, OR)  --  The Independent Film Channel's Portland parody show "Portlandia" is finally at an end.  The series finale of the award-winning show aired last night on IFC.  The show created by Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein hit the airwaves in 2011 and won four Emmys.
