(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for an escaped inmate who allegedly stole an ODOT truck.  Police say 25-year-old Scott Smith was performing work crew duty on Northeast Hancock Drive yesterday when he allegedly stole the truck and escaped.  Smith is serving 90 days for a parole violation for identity theft.
