(Portland, OR)  --  Dozens of Portland residents are paying their respects to a man shot and killed by police in California.  More than a hundred people gathered last night at Director Park for a vigil for Stephon Clark.  The 23-year-old was unarmed and holding only a cellphone when police fired 20 shots at him in the backyard of his grandparents home in Sacramento.
