(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested an inmate who escaped custody by stealing an ODOT truck.  Police tracked down and arrested Scott Smith Saturday morning in a Gresham apartment complex.  Police had been searching for him since Thursday, when he allegedly stole an ODOT truck and drove away while performing work crew duties.
