(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead following a shooting in the Sandy area.  Police responded to a home on Autumn Way Saturday night after a woman allegedly texted a family member saying she had shot and killed a man.  Police arrested the woman following a SWAT standoff.  A search of the home turned up the body of a man.  An investigation is ongoing.
