(Portland, OR)  --  A St. Helens man is accused of selling meth and other drugs to teenagers.  Police arrested 25-year-old Devin Schockley at his apartment late last week after a 16-year-old girl told her mother she got meth and marijuana from him.  Officers responding to the apartment say they found three teenage boys inside, and all three were high.  A search of the home allegedly turned up marijuana and meth.
