(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was struck and killed by a driver while walking across I-5.  Police say 42-year-old Kirk Wilcox was trying to cross I-5 southbound from the center meridian in Salem Saturday night when he was hit.  The driver remained at the scene to cooperate with police.
