(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing 76-year-old woman.  Police say Wenzhen Chen has been missing since Tuesday morning, when she reportedly left her home in downtown Portland.  Family members say she made statements before leaving that caused them to believe she might be in crisis.  Family members say Chen is physically healthy but has recently started suffering from memory loss.
