(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating nearly half a dozen gang-related shootings that hit Portland within a day.  Police say the latest shooting happened yesterday afternoon at Northeast 122nd Avenue and Halsey Street.  Police say people inside two different cars shot at each other before fleeing the scene.  Police say it was the fifth gang-related shooting they'd responded to within a 24-hour period.
