(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the stabbing of a man underneath the Morrison Bridge.  Police say the man was stabbed last night under the east side of the bridge.  He was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.  Police detained one man who was also injured in the stabbing.
