(Portland, OR)  --  Burglaries are on the rise in the Portland area.  The Portland Police Bureau says there were four-thousand-354 reported burglary cases across the city last year.  That's up from three-thousand-899 the previous year.  Police say some neighborhoods saw an increase of more than 50-percent.
