(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing charges for allegedly shooting at someone during a road rage incident.  Police say it happened yesterday evening on I-5 near the Cowlitz-Lewis county line.  The victim was not injured, but police say they did find a bullet inside his vehicle.  Police arrested the suspect a few miles away from the shooting.
