(Portland, OR)  --  Fire officials say no one was injured in an early-morning blaze that burned a dumpster in Northeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the dumpster fire on Northeast Columbia Boulevard around 3:30 this morning.  Fire officials say crews were able to prevent the flames from spreading to a nearby vacant building.  An investigation into what caused the fire is underway.
