(Portland, OR) -- Bail is set at a-quarter-million-dollars for a Portland teen accused of assault and robbery. Fifteen-year-old Jacarri Gavros is accused of robbing and assaulting employees at two Portland eateries. Police say Gavros stole ice cream from Peterson's Market on Southwest Yamhill Street on his birthday in January and assaulted a store clerk who chased after him. A few weeks later, he allegedly stole a tip jar from the "Stretch the Noodle" food cart on Southwest Washington Street. When the owner and his wife confronted him, he allegedly hit both of them in the face.
