(Portland, OR) -- A man accused of breaking into a Cornelius home and sexually assaulting a sleeping woman is pleading guilty to some charges. Edgar Agustin Perez pleaded guilty late last week to two counts of second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of first-degree burglary. He pleaded not guilty to first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree sexual abuse. He's accused of breaking into a home on North Clark Street in January and sexually assaulting a woman who was sleeping in bed beside her fiance.
