(Portland, OR)  --  A man is charged with attempted murder in connection to a shooting on Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard last month.  Twenty-five-year-old Ervan Herring was indicted by a grand jury yesterday on charges of attempted murder and attempted first-degree assault.  Police say Herring and another person exchanged gunfire from inside separate cars in a parking lot March 12th.
