(Portland, OR)  --  Employees of a Portland Burgerville restaurant are one step closer to unionizing.  Burgerville officials informed the National Labor Relations Board yesterday that it doesn't plan to challenge a vote to unionize by workers at the Southeast 92nd and Powell location.  Workers at the restaurant are asking for pay raises.  The company says it will begin bargaining in good faith if workers vote to unionize.
