(Portland, OR)  --  A 28-year-old man is facing nearly two decades in prison for the rapes and kidnappings of two ex-girlfriends.  A judge sentenced Justin Hatchell yesterday to nearly 18 years in prison with no chance of early release for at least 14 years.  Hatchell was convicted of kidnapping, beating, raping and then holding hostage two of his former girlfriends in July 2016 and in March 2017.
