(Portland, OR)  --  A 20-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly being caught in a stolen car with multiple weapons and body armor.  Police arrested Dylan L. Young yesterday morning after trying to pull him over on Northeast 110th Avenue.  Police say Young eventually stopped on Northeast 109th Avenue at Wygant Street and fled on foot.  Police used a K-9 unit to track him down and arrest him.  A search of the car allegedly turned up a revolver, knives, body armor, handcuffs, ammo and possible stolen mail.
