(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the deadly police shooting of a homeless man inside a shelter in Southeast Portland.  Police say officers shot and killed the man last night inside Cityteam Ministries Portland Shelter on Grand Avenue.  A family spokesperson identifies the victim as John Elifritz, AKA "John-John."  Police say the officers believed Elifritz to be a suspect in a carjacking earlier in the day and that he refused orders to drop his knife.
