(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect accused of assaulting a man after demanding a cigarette from him.  Police arrested 28-year-old Donminique Holliday on Sunday morning for the incident under the west side of the Burnside Bridge.  He's charged with robbery and assault.
