(Portland, OR)  --  Police believe alcohol may have been to blame for a head-on crash that killed a 19-year-old man from Milwaukie.  Police say Jesus M. Ramirez-Cortes was driving west on Highway 26 near milepost 13 this past Sunday when he crossed into oncoming traffic.  His car crashed head-on with a driver from Vancouver.  Ramirez-Cortes was pronounced dead at the scene.  The other driver was uninjured.
