Man Accused In Rape, Kidnapping Pleads Not Guilty

(Spokane, WA)  --  An Oregon man accused of kidnapping a woman and then raping and torturing her is pleading not guilty.  Forty-year-old Roger Heuberger entered the plea in court yesterday.  He's accused of holding a woman against her will at a motel in Spokane, Washington late last month.  Police say he tied her to a chair and injected her with heroin before forcing her to watch snuff films and then cutting her arm several times and raping her.  Heuberger is alleged to belong to the Eugene-based outlaw motorcycle gang Free Souls Motorcycle Club.
