(Portland, OR) -- New details are coming to light regarding a crash that killed a teenager on Southeast Foster Road. Police say the driver involved in the crash had a blood-alcohol content of point-one-two-six-percent. Police say 16-year-old James Carrol Freeman was a passenger in the car when it crashed into an embankment Monday morning. Freeman became pinned underneath the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
