(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identities of two men killed in a shooting near a bar in Salem.  Police say 24-year-old Tobias Helm-Reese and 21-year-old Tyler Longacre were killed early Saturday morning in the shooting near Bar Fly's on Lancaster Drive Northeast.  A third man was injured in the shooting and is hospitalized in stable condition.  An investigation is ongoing.
