(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police in Clark County are searching for a man and woman accused of shoplifting a saw from a Vancouver Lowes store.  Police say the pair entered the Lowes on Northeast 117th Avenue last Thursday.  Police say the man picked up a new saw at the store and then took it to the cashier, claiming he'd already purchased it and needed to return it.  The cashier refused, allegedly prompting the man and his partner to just steal the saw.  Anyone with information is urged to call police.
