(Portland, OR) -- A man accused of crashing his car into a bicyclist and killing him is pleading guilty to criminally negligent homicide. Alex Jacoby changed his plea to guilty late last week. He's previously pleaded not guilty last June. Police say he was speeding when he struck and killed 21-year-old Robert Esparza on Northeast Glisan in 2016. Sentencing is set for later this month.
