(Portland, OR)  --  A Texas man is facing charges for allegedly luring a teenage girl in Washington County.  Police say Jacob Andrew Menchaca was arrested Tuesday in Multnomah County and indicted on three counts of using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct and four counts of luring a minor.  Police say Menchaca exchanged sexually exploitative material with the Beaverton teen after meeting online in February of 2017.  It's not yet clear why Menchaca was in Oregon.
