(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges for allegedly starting a fire at a house in Southeast Portland.  Police arrested the man yesterday afternoon at a house on Gladstone Street.  Seven people inside the home escaped to safety with no injuries.  Police aren't yet revealing who started the fire and how, but a tenant tells KATU the fire was started by his landlord on a freezer unit.
