(Portland, OR)  --  Tomorrow is the last day to tour the USS Portland before it officially joins the Navy's active fleet.  The Navy is leading tours of the ship at Portland Marine Terminal 2 between 2 and 4 p.m.  The ship is scheduled to be commissioned in a ceremony on Saturday.
