(Portland, OR)  --  A wanted felon is behind bars following an hours-long standoff in Northeast Portland.  Police arrested 27-year-old Gabriel Sandoval yesterday on warrants tied to hit-and-run injury, interfering with police, felon in possession of a firearm, second-degree burglary and robbery.  Police were serving a welfare check at a home on Northeast 55th Avenue yesterday when the saw Sandoval run from the house.  Police say Sandoval ran to an apartment on Northeast Killingsworth, where he holed himself up for five hours before police were able to arrest him.
