(Undated)  --  Portland is being called the second most "hipster" city in the world.  That's according to a new survey from MoveHub.  The company looked at five data points to compile the list, including vegan eateries, coffee shops, tattoo studios, vintage boutiques and record stores per 100-thousand residents.  Brighton and Hove in the UK was ranked number one, followed by Portland in the number-two spot and Salt Lake City in third.  Seattle was ranked fourth.
